Officially unveiled on 2nd July 1999,
by the Governor-General,
Sir William Deane.

Sir Mark Oliphant
A.C., K.B.E., K.St.J., F.R.S., F.A.A., B.Sc., Ph.D., Hon. D.Sc., Hon 
LL.D. 

The Portrait bust by John Dowie, is cast in bronze, and placed on a granite pedestal. 
The bust was paid for by public subscription, and by the Adelaide City Council. 

Erected in 1978, as a tribute to the former Governor's great public service.

Secretary & leader of  Woman's Sufrage League of
South Australia.

Erected on the centenary of the passage of the Constitutional amendments giving woman the right to vote, and stand for Parliament.
18 th December 1994
The Sculptor was Pat Moseley.

The Honorable Sir Mellis Napier
K.C.M.G., K.St.J., LL.D. 
Lieutenant Governor of South Australia, Chief Justice 1942 to 1967, and Chancellor of the University of Adelaide from 1948 to 1961. 
Unveiled  2nd July 1970. 

The Sculptor was Mr. John Dowie, and the Portrait bust is pale brown patina bronze.
The pedestal was designed by Mr. W.A Gilbert of Medindie in association with Mr. Dowie.

This is a memorial to the
soldiers who fell during the Boer War
1899 - 1902. 

The number of South
Australians who served in this campaign was 84 Officers, and 1450 other ranks.

Statue is of granite and bronze.

Located on the corner of North Terrace, and King William Street.
